What type of group menus do you offer?

  • Buffet. Family style and plated meal requests can be arranged for an extra fee.

Do you offer any special services?

  • Yes of course; music, flowers, cake, and decorations can be arranged for an extra fee.

Are there any liquor packages?

  • Yes, most of our open bar packages are for 4 hours, prices depend on which type of packages is chosen (well, or premium).  Prices are listed in-group packages. Additionally bar times can vary according to your needs.
  • If you choose not to do an open bar you can do a Hosted Tab Bar (per consumption) or a cash bar, a $100 bartender fee applies for these options.
  • Drink Tickets can be worked into menu price, call your event coordinator for more details.

What is the difference between Well bar and Premium Bar?

  • Well: House liquor used for mixed drinks, domestic beer, and house margaritas and wine 
  • Premium: Quality liquors, domestic and imported beer, call margaritas, and wine. 

How is the Banquet Room decorated?

  • Linen is used on the tables (not when it is a networking party/ high boy tables).
  • Head Table, Sweet Table, Buffet Table and DJ table are all skirted.

Can I bring in my own music/DJ/Band?

  • Yes, but we also have contacts if needed. If you have a band they need to bring their own equipment. They should contact us regarding the stage and their performance.

Can I bring in my own dessert/cake?

  • Yes, but there is a service fee/cake cutting fee of $1 p/guest.  We can also custom order a cake for you.

Do you have a/v equipment and microphones?

  • Yes, we provide quality and simple to use house system.

How long can I have the room for?

  • The banquet room is given for 5 hours, after that each additional half hour is $150.

How soon do I have to leave a deposit for the banquet room?

  • As soon as possible, we cannot confirm the room as “booked” until we have a deposit; if no deposit is left we have to offer the date as “available” to other inquiries.

What else do I need to do in order to have a banquet?

  • We do require a deposit of $800 ; you will also receive a contract that outlines the agreed upon services and pricing.
