Table decorations are available for an additional cost. If doing your own decorations, all candles must have globes around them. The throwing of rice, confetti, or birdseed is prohibited. Bubbles or bubble machines are not allowed in the hall. No decorations can be attached to the walls, ceiling, or lighting fixtures, in the hall, kitchen, or outside of the building. Violating these rules will result in the loss of you damage deposit.

$600.00 Damage Deposit is required on all rentals. The deposit must be made 14 days prior to the event along with your final payment. This deposit is to cover any damages or stolen property that may occur during your event. If either of these occurs you will lose your deposit and be charged for any additional damages. The deposit will be returned to you within 7 days, barring no damages occur.
Damage deposit cannot be applied to extra hour purchase or other fees.
